No, I'm not an MT and I don't work for the company anymore. I never asked or cared who you are. I'm just interested in spreading the truth about Erac and trying to save peoples' sanity and lives. Get out and the rest of the world is so much more accommodating to your personal schedule. The money is nice also, and you don't have someone breathing down your neck 24/7. The girls are hot, not some sweatbag pigs you have to roll in flour or double bag.

Sorry about the paranoia but the AM’s have been on are asses about the site lately. If they are so concerned about us talking about this maybe they should treat us better instead of making threats. How long ago did you bail do you know of any good jobs out there?

I bailed a while ago and there is a ton out there. Especially now that the economy is picking up. Just do an extensive job search and employers love ex-enterprise workers because they know that you can work. Embellish on your resume and during your interviews. They don't have to know that you washed rigs for a living. Fuck, you would have thought I ran group 45 when I got done with my interview. I work with people who do not even have degrees and they make $17/hour. The top performing Branch Manager doesn't even make that at Erac no matter what they tell you. With all the hours they work, they are close, but it took them years to get there. You should start out at that. Some CSR from the airport left making that at another job and surpassed all her superiors with one move. Good luck and get to searching.

What are the Area Managers saying about this site and if there is no truth to what people post then why all the concern....Area Managers know that part of their job is to manipulate their employees to stay in this career not because it bennifits the employee but rather themselves....EMPLOYEE RETENTION. Look at who some of your Area Managers are and tell me that you have any respect for them.....Steve Lawence, Amy Holly and come on Chris Potter...If Chris Potter isn't the lowest piece of filth then I don't know who would be. What you have at ERAC is sleezy management. They will flat out bold face lie to you if they feel like they have to and they have no problem with it. Potter may be doing well there (Financially) but tell me what this guy has going for him other than being an Area Manager for a rental car company. This guy is a used car salesman, and also a degenerate gambler. Amy will screw practically anything that walks and there is only one word to describe Steve Lawence "Ass hole." What do you want to bet that he and Amy have already hit it...maybe thats old news...I don't know. Do not let yourself be manipulated by these people. You have been HONESTLY warned about what is happening to you....I ASSURE you that whatever nice things that are being said to your face is the exact opposite of what is being said about you behind closed doors. I have spoken the truth here whether you choose to believe this or not. I speak from experience when I say that if you have worked at ERAC for six months and not sure about your future there....Leave...Get out...You won't be an Area Manager even though they're telling you are close. Its all Bullshit.....I would however love to know what Area Managers are saying about this site. They should be threatened by none of this if it's all false, right? You're being lied to.
