This is obviously a joke? Your Area Manager said he/she makes $150,000/year. Ask them to prove it. Mine did as well and when I went over to their apartment I had second thoughts. You see, we have reason, and you sir are a complete fucking idiot.

Listen, its not a joke. I really doubt upper management would lie to me. They say they make a ton of dough, and I bet most of the BM's are making upwards of 75K. All you have to do is sell up, sell waiver, and get ESQI, and fleet growth. Just cause you and google couldn't hack it doesn't mean I can't be an area manager in a couple years!!!!

Dream on, Burdsall has been there for 8 years and he is still a BM. Roper is going on 4 and he is AM. Lawrence spent 10 before he got his spot. Maybe you could get a dui, wreck an erac car, and get sillicone. You may make it in 5.

Well, this is not google but I will come back with the reality of what is happening to you now as it happened to all of us former eracer's. I, like all former rackers thought exactly as you do now...We all believed that we were going to be the next regional....The reason why you are an idiot is because people that have been there and done that are telling you, you are being fed a lie...Upper management has to sell you that idea because look at what you are doing for a living on a daily basis....Your daily duties absolutely suck. I am sure there are a FEW upper, upper managers that make a ton of dough, but the odds of you being one of them are slim to none...probably have a better chance of being struck by lightning and believe me the longer you work there you will hope that you do get struck by a bolt. Do you understand how many people have made it to elite, many people many times...Do you honestly believe you stand out because you have made a few elites. Don't you know by now that management knows that more than half of you good stats comes from working the system rather than selling. One question for you, why are you on this website trying to convince people you don't know that you are the next big thing at erac....You are fresh out of college and you are the one that has been sold, not the other way around. I give you this though, you have posted one of the funnier post in a while considering it sounds like you honestly believe what you say and also considering that we have all been in your shoes and we know that at some point you will wake up to the truth....The longer you're there the longer you are wasteing away.

I'm getting a boner thinking about all the accidents this weekend. Maybe I can get my occupancy up to 95% and my insurance rate up to $30.00. I can lie to customers and tell them that their insurance company will pay $35/day when I know they will only pay $25. I can scare them into taking CDW because of the snow outside. Wow, I just love my job and I am so productive to society. My BM will be so proud of me. I get to work tomorrow and I am pumped. More time to increase to my roll and rent rigs. This is an awesome career and the #1 reason why I went to college. Boy, my degree is paying off. If I work real hard I can grill soon. I'm so pumped. I'm already 7/8 today and I get to go on another pick-up. I can't wait for pizza for lunch and my BM is so cool for buying us lunch. If I work real hard and clean tickets, I might be out of here by 8 pm. I can't wait. A bunch of us are going down to Pounders and I am going to get real drunk. I love my life. My BM said that I am one of the best he has ever scene and they are sending me to the airport as a member of the best person program. It is going to help my career so much. I can't wait. Erac for life and thank you Mr. Fontaine for giving me this opportunity. I want to choke my chicken right now.
