My BM said that I am one of the best he has ever scene and they are sending me to the airport as a member of the best person program. It is going to help my career so much. I can't wait. Erac for life and thank you Mr. Fontaine for giving me this opportunity. I want to choke my chicken right now.

Maybe you could get one of the few hot erac girl's drunk and take them home.

-I've made more money than I ever thought I was capable of making. Not trying to sound shallow, but when you are used to working 65 hours/week for 50 - 60k/year, it's truly an amazing feeling.
-I no longer wash rigs.
I could go on and on but I will stop here for now.
Am I necessarily bitter about ERAC? Not really anymore, except for the fact that I let the company take many years out of my life. Who do I have to blame about that? Only myself. I know I was successful when I was working for your "wonderful" company and I too believed I was working for the greatest company out there. I then opened my eyes and saw that my non-college educated friends were more financially stable than myself. I finally admitted I was wrong and took a chance. Fortunately, that chance landed in my favor.
Best of luck to you if you still want to work for this cult. I've got a good friend who I've been keeping in contact with who's an ARM on the East coast. Wanna guess his year to date? I don't think it's necessary, and he is finally starting to realize what a crock of shit this company is.
By the way, I would love for you to tell me why ERAC is such a great company to work for and how it has provided such an excellent quality of life for you. I don't think anyone has answered that one yet. So please, do share.

Listen, its not a joke. I really doubt upper management would lie to me. They say they make a ton of dough, and I bet most of the BM's are making upwards of 75K. All you have to do is sell up, sell waiver, and get ESQI, and fleet growth. Just cause you and google couldn't hack it doesn't mean I can't be an area manager in a couple years!!!!

Hate to break it to you...they target new ARM for around 70-75k....and maybe one area manager made 150k but that's because they blew their pay plan up...and ask that same ARM what they've made year in and year out because it can be 150k one year and 68k the next.

You got to ask yourself is it worth destroying your personal life and self esteem? Plenty upon plenty of jobs will offer you that if not more after 5 - 8 years in the company. Plus you don't have to wash rigs for 5 years to get there!
