180 Roller- New Thread from one whom ERAC is dead Raquel was the best. She got me though 7 of my 9 months at ECRAP. It was a great experience in the positive individuals that I met. Though the many negative lifers and upper mgmt in general just opened my eyes up to corporate politics and general BS you will get anywhere. Outside of ERAC. 8 Hour days, full reward for your work (Comission on your sales) is awesome. I generally take home 7- 10K now for sales that are much easier than selling insurance to those who already have it. Yes, my high roll was 180. Yes, I am one of the mortgage people who left Enterprise, it is fun, challenging and can be rewarding. How many times would you pick up the phone and call someone when your reward averages about 1,000 dollars. The only rig I wash is my own, and I am not wearing a tie when I do that. Oh, the joy of washing just your own car- Awesome, and you know what, now I am rolling in a 35,000 rig and not the shitty old 15 grander I used to roll in. Sleep in til 9am and am back home in front of my plasma by 6:30 pm at night. Rewards, rewards, rewards of life outside of jail(ERAC). My sanity took two months to get back to and I love it. I knew nothing else nut Enterprise for my 9 months, and you know what? There are other people in this world that dont work there, it is true. And it has taken me a year to wear a white or blue dress shirt again, was so sick of the limitations of dress code, I torched all of my gear when I left... So my advice to you is, sell waiver like it is a sport, learn the ups and downs of the craft, and market those skills in any sales job later and look at ERAC for what it is- A Low Paid Internship! |
