Memorial Day

I will be arriving at Seatac airport on Friday at like 3 or 4 o'clock and will be picking up my ride from ERAC (using a family discount even though I have no family ties). I want my ride to be clean, smoke free, full tank of gas, and not have half inflated tires. You think you can handle that 45B7? And I won't be taking any "boat" just the minimum required CDW, that way I can ding it up!

It would be funny if you caused a huge accident involving fatalities after declining boat because of your cheapness.

How would that be funny? You've got some serious issues bro, just make sure my rental is ready, and that my FCAR res is not turned into a Neon or a Suburban. Well I guess if my res is fucked up (probably will be this weekend) I'll just bitch to the manager and get the whole thing for free. I expect perfection or I will not "completely satisfied."

I think the poor KARMA is from the person that hoped this guy killed someone while driving an ERAC car. I don't think that person who wrote the initial message is showing poor karma, the poor karma is coming from the years and years of mistreating employees and customers from ERAC.

I don't think the request for Memorial Day should be that big of a deal. After all, when you book a certain class of vehicle, you should get it. You get the seat you reserve on planes, the room you book in a hotel. Enterprise advertises smoke-free cars, so is that too much to ask? Now we all know that Enterprise doesn't care about customer service in the end, only about making profits--hence the only reason they use the just-in-time inventory. It's really quite simple, especially at the airport where there usually aren't open-ended rentals like for replacement...ERAC should keep better track of these rentals. If it doesn't have a car, don't let people reserve it. To get the car class you reserve, clean, smoke-free, filled with gas, and ready to go when it's your reservation time...imagine that...
