It's funny how things hit you all of a sudden. If I rember correctly 4648 wasn't Capitol Chev but Barber Blvd (My only excuse is I drank way too many beers during that part of my life :) If that's the case chances are I wasn't your Area Manager. I am currious, however, as to who wrote this. Hope all is well! |

| I worked for a year up in 46 and became an AM and I have to say that it was so great especially in area c. All the managers and people in that area were so fantastic compared to my former Enterprise experience in California. the reason that 46 does not have a lot of negative feedback is because they really do care about their employees. Anyways, I've moved on to another career as well, but I will always remember my Enterprise experience in a positive light. |

| Holla I am a 46er. Dont mind it, i mean its like any other business, so managers suck, some are great, I think there is not a perfect job, but really good learning expierence for me, but not for everyone, sucks how one manager can decide the future of so many employees. But really erac buy some freaking cars! |

| I used to work at erac, it sucked but I guess I couldn't see everything very clearly, so I wasn't completely upset. But once I left and got a real job, OMG what a terrible place to work! I still stay in touch with all my erac'er friends and I hear about everything that happens. Besides a select few, there are some awful area managers in this group, and some terrible BRMs too! And the funny thing is they aren't ever going to get canned for what they do, which is really sad. I never really knew it wasn't 100% normal to deal with accounts who were completely sexist and womanizing and gross. And you have to put up with it because they don't want to loose the account. It's all about money and politics there. But it's the same at Erac everywhere I think. It was a good experience and I learned some good lessons, but I wouldn't go back there if they paid me (which is a whole new subject! Haha!) |
