Well of course its LAME...Hello you work for ERAC! Makes sense though considering most ERAC employees are so miserable in their work and therefore lives that they are alcoholics anyway. Do you guys still think its so great to get free pizza lunches and donuts for breakfast a few times a week or have you realized that is also LAME yet? Keep an eye on that cholesterol fatties!

If you dont work for ERAC anymore than congrats! Rick Kelly was branch manager of the new greenfield branch when I left (2 years ago). Hows the Palmer branch doing? Is Craig still a car prep there? What about Jamie? Is he still car preping in chicopee? Both really great nice guys hope they got out too!

My ERAC days go back to the late 90's when the partying that came with working for ERAC was in its hay day. After hour trips to the bar were almost a nightly occurrence, as were working long hours for low pay. Chasing degenerates around the slums of Waterbury for repo's was the only real entertaining part of that job then. Tragically my assistant manager at that time was killed in a car accident when he flipped his jeep over on I-84 near Waterbury after a night of after hours partying. Still at that point ERAC put no limitation on after hours drinking. Kind of stupid when you think about how much of a liability that really was.

Its a good first job out of college and to some companies looks great on a resume. I started out as a MA in the Waterbury Branch and moved around between Watertown, Meriden, Southington etc. took an AM position in Glastonbury where my manager was a complete dick, then went to Southington and back to Watertown and then to Meriden as an AM before taking on a BM position in North Haven. I eventually became tired of working my ass off for little financial gain. Left ERAC in 2000 to start a staffing agency and in 6-12 months was making more then 90% of the entire company and still do so to this day. Best decision I ever made. I worked for many of the people mentioned in this blog and for the most part had no issue with any of them.

I'm pretty sure Jay Biagetti, Jill, and Kevin Wolcott are no longer there. If you read other posts in this thread it looks like Jay Ulitsch got fired for sending an inappropriate email to his whole group. If anyone out there has that email pls pls pls post it! I bet its hilarious!

Does anyone know if the marriages of Peter White, Jason Markwell, or Sara Cafarelli have been ruined by ERAC yet? We all know how ERAC is a big home wrecker!

Pete's doing fine, I beleive he is having another child, Markwell's wife is pregnant as well. The Cafarelli's are doing well since they both work for ERAC. Jason Halpert was just promoted to area manager of Lewis's old area. Fred Azer is working up in that area now from what I have heard. Kevin Wolcott is no longer with ERAC after a DUI mishap.

Thanks for the update. Honestly despite all the ERAC bashing on this site Markwell and Peter are good people, they ran good branches and were good managers who did care about their customers and employees. I'm glad they are both doing well. Sarah too!

Did Lewis get fired? I know he wasnt well liked.

Lewis quit to go to Law School on the left coast from what i heard. I don't think most of the people who I worked with in gp48 were bad people. Most were hard working people who started out of college and stuck it out. Can't blame them for trying hard

I decided to leave after two years because I couldnt stand the job, low pay, or long hours anymore. I'm now happily working somewhere else for much higher pay and I only work 40 hours a week and work from my home 2 days a week. I can't say my experience at E was that bad. I really enjoyed working in the Greenfield branch but it was my move to Palmer and chicopee when everything turned to shit. A great Area manager "DD" was let go because Admin (patty G) decided that making money was more important than keeping employees and customers happy. DD was replaced by this major dick head named Louis (dont know if hes still there). I have to say though, I now work for a company that developes software for hospitals, I never developed software, dont have an IS degree, nor have I ever worked in a hospital but It was my customer service experience that got me this Job, which I should actually call a career because I dont plan on leaving. I owe most of that experience to Enterprise and a few good managers because there are/were a few!

Most of the people I worked for and with at the time are no longer there. My advice for people who want to work there. Its a good right out of college job but dont stay longer than a year or 2.
dale or the deputy as he was known in his mt days once announced to the office that he never wore underwear, trying driving back from a delivery with him after that
