Hi, I discovered this website and as a former employee I thought I would chime in. I worked for group 48 for two years...in Greenfield, Springfield, Palmer, and Chicopee.

I decided to leave after two years because I couldnt stand the job, low pay, or long hours anymore. I'm now happily working somewhere else for much higher pay and I only work 40 hours a week and work from my home 2 days a week. I can't say my experience at E was that bad. I really enjoyed working in the Greenfield branch but it was my move to Palmer and chicopee when everything turned to shit. A great Area manager "DD" was let go because Admin (patty G) decided that making money was more important than keeping employees and customers happy. DD was replaced by this major dick head named Louis (dont know if hes still there). I have to say though, I now work for a company that developes software for hospitals, I never developed software, dont have an IS degree, nor have I ever worked in a hospital but It was my customer service experience that got me this Job, which I should actually call a career because I dont plan on leaving. I owe most of that experience to Enterprise and a few good managers because there are/were a few!

Most of the people I worked for and with at the time are no longer there. My advice for people who want to work there. Its a good right out of college job but dont stay longer than a year or 2.

You are no-doubt referring to Darrell that got fired. The area manager in North/Western Mass. I remember him leaving and I was in shock.

Then you are referring to Lewis Landerholm. He had the personality of a fucking monkey wrench. SOmehow made it to area manager. Made no sense to me whatsoever. COmplete fucking tool.

actually I was referring to Dale Desmaras (sp?) Not sure who Darell was? And yes I am talking about Lewis L (its been so long I forgot his last name) I was in shock when Dale left. He got out before they could fire him because he knew they were going to. And yes, I was talking about Lewis. he was responsable for a lot of people who left ERAC around the same time I did.

do you currently work in one of the GP 48 mass branches? What happened to Jason U? and is Jamie still a car prep in chicopee?

I left Group 48 about 2.5 years ago. Ulitsch was manager in Chicopee, I think Jay Biagetti at West Springfield, and Christine (maybe i have that wrong) at Downtown Springfield. Boston road was Jo Beth and some douche whose name escapes me.

Yes it was Dale, I'm sorry. His father was one of the area drivers. Good guy they both were. Dale is doing very well for himself now.

Interesting! I left 2 years ago in July. Jason Ulisch and Jason markwell were running the chicopee/ palmer branches. Peter White was actually the Mgr of West springfield at the time...he was a great manager!

Dale works for Greniers now...which I think is currently called Gryn and Barrett...I'm glad he is doing well he was a good guy. I cant help but wonder what happened to Jay Ulisch and Jason Markwell...I dont think either of them are with ERAC right now.

I'm glad you got out too. I work for a great company now. I dont know, enterprise is just one of those companies that pretend to be something they are not. I dont know why I couldnt see that from the get go. I hope you are much happier elsewhere now too.
