| I was when I worked for ERAC. Never being able to take a real lunch break, constantly being pressured to go out after work with a bunch of A-holes I didnt care about and eating and drinking bad food. Thats a BMs compensation for not giving you a lunch break (at 3pm) they buy everyone in the office a nice greasy pizza. I have lost 60 pounds since I left ERAC and take normal 1 hour lunch breaks at noon (not 3pm) everyday and when I'm not working from my home I walk around the beautiful building I now work in during lunch and we have a cafeteria with a nice salad bar. GOODBYE ERAC...GOODBYE POOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH! |

Oh and by the way...when I had my 2nd interview with ERAC I was told that I would be working 8-6, not 7:30-7 which was typical. I was also told that I would only have to work 1 weekend a month...guess I should of known 1 meant 3. Oh yea and NO ONE in the interviewing process mentions that its damn near impossible to take a Mon or Fri off at ERAC. That reminds me I'll be working from my home office tomorrow! :) Hope everyone at ERAC enjoys their 3pm pepperoni and cheese today! |

Pharm sales is a SALES position-and you get $60,000 + to start. On average you do get 10-15k more-and don't have some hot headed *GO ERAC* punk telling you YOU suck because you don't like to bullshit people everyday to "make a name for yourself." Besides..what the hell are these die hard ERAC people doing on here anyway? It does say FAILING Enterprise, right? |

| Well on the flipside I've been with group 48 for a bunch of yrs now and the hard work really does pay off. Yea the hours sucked and still do sometimes but it really is worth it down the road. The benefits and job security are great and there are endless opportunities. Remember why you came on in the 1st place? If you stay committed and work hard every day, you will do well. If you are not committed and do not want to work hard then you won't. It's not for everyone. |

I'd like to ask you to elaborate on how ERAC has paid off for you. I worked in GP48 for 2 years and it hardly paid off and I worked hard and was committed right to the end, something a lot better came along for me so I took the risk and left. I'm sad to admit that I didn't realize how bad ERAC was until I left and started working for a normal company. I think thats why ERAC grabs people right out of college, that way we don't know what its like anywhere else. I've been at my current job for 2 years now...I make 50K, get an annual raise and bonus, work 40 hours a week, work from home 2 or 3 days a week and I work in a nice office with hard working and bright people. I still get to work in customer service which I always loved but I work with hospitals which is a little more noble than renting cars and basically constantly lying to people and ripping people off...and NO more sales praise the lord! Maybe you worked in a CT branch, I always felt those were run better than MA. Anyway, if you have been there for a few years, get out then you'll realize how much better life is after ERAC. |
