Well without getting into too much specifics I have worked in both Mass and Ct and am much further up than mt. I guess I am one of the few who actually stuck it out and was able to hit the career path timeline they presented so I'm doing much better that 50K and I'm driving a brand new $30k vehicle. Like I said it's not for everyone so don't feel bad you didn't make it. For awhile Mass branches weren't run overly well but it has improved greatly.

Well I'm glad it worked out for you. If you've been there for "a bunch of years" then I certainly hope you make more than 50K, especially working 60 hours a week. Like I said I've been at my current job for just two years, don't even try to tell me you made 50K at ERAC your second year. But the money isn't even half of it, the stress, working environment, and hours that go along with the job are just not worth it. I'd like to emphasize this... I DON'T FEEL BAD FOR "NOT MAKING IT" I consider myself very lucky so don't tell me not to feel bad. I feel bad for you if anything.

And for that brand new vehicle you are driving...

1. you don't own it so don't brag
2. I didn't know Dodge Neons cost 30K.

same to you! I am glad ERAC worked out for you...hey someone has to work there.

do you work at branch 4810? I can't remember what branch that is, I think its one of the berkshire branches. Most of the people who worked there when I was there are no longer with ERAC...either got fired or quit. I did mention in other posts that there were a few good managers there when I was there, maybe you were one of them.

I made over 50k less than 4 years here and have been here now over 6 years and am making what they said I could so for all the haters out there - sorry to say but this company actually is legit and can make its employees very happy. You just have to actually work for it just like anywhere else.

Hey douche, I've only been at my new job for 2 years and I make 50k, plus I get an annual raise and bonus. YOU DID NOT make more than 30k at erac your second year so don't even try to say you did.

p.s. When ERAC announces their great holiday gift this year please let me know what it is. I cant wait to hear

Wow you are even more douchey than I thought. ERAC was my first out of college job. I toughed it out in that miserable hell hole for 2 years then I got a real job. I've been at my current job for 2 years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. And trust me I'll be making more than 60K by my 10th year.

Money isn't even the issue. Its nice to make a lot of $ but there needs to be a balance. When I worked at ERAC I was always tired, miserable, and had no life outside of work. I lived with my boyfriend in an apt and he had to pay most of the bills because my ERAC check could barley cover my college loans...while ironically my degree was being wasted. Since I have left I've been able to buy a home, and I'll be getting married in a year. I get 11 and a 1/2 paid holidays, I work from home 2 days a week and I don't work a minute over 40 hours. I know I know...that means I'm lazy and couldn't hack it right?

At least I have a brain and a job where I get to use it. Admit it, a damn monkey could do your job.

why don't you get in touch with me in a few years when you are quitting or Patty is firing your dumb ass, probably for a DUI
