Wow!!! That's crazy!! I feel bad for her....this company is insane.....they really could care less about their people....I always thought Becky was really nice...I had her as a trainer last year....I don't know how she was as an Area Manager...I left before she became Area Manager...

I meant that I thought that Becky was a very dedicated ERAC employee. Apparently that doesn't count for anything at ERAC. If her numbers were bad, I can understand that there would need to be consequences. I don't know the circumstances leading to her firing because I have not worked for this crappy company in quite some time. I was simply reacting to the news that she had been fired.

I'm honestly sorry that I ever posted....You guys are just brutal...

you have to realize, people like Black-Tooth-Bachner live and breath ERAC and feel the need to come here on their precious time off to defend the only company they could hack it at. not saying he made the comment, but definately someone like him.

Yah, cause one person alone is responsible for bad retention. I alway thought ERAC pinned bad retention on HR? or maybe even upper management like the GRM? or the GM?
