| [quote=reality]So this is the reason why this guy has been posting dumb shit? Are you kidding me? How the hell can you possibly blame this site and admin for your decision to work at that other company? That's no different than former eracers blaming enterprise for their relationship woes, health problems, and the fact that they are still there. It's no different than some jerk customer blaming the branch employees for the fact that someone else caused an accident that they were in. Why would you take the word of some random poster about some random company? Do you not have a brain, or are you made of straw and have not quite made it to Oz yet? If you liked your job and were such a top performer, why did you leave enterprise to begin with? Can you not think for yourself? See ?????, this post is an example of "how not to be one sided", take notes big man |

| This website did not ruin my life, in fact it helped me and a fellow ex-eracer get comic relief. I worked for ERAC for 5 years and hers 2. She left before me and I just recently quit and did not come on this website until after the fact. I am interviewing with companies and realize that I stayed too long at the company and can make twice what I made and work less hours. Use ERAC for the next stepping stone in your career. ERAC is a JOB, not a career. Only a few who follow the rules get that level 3. And what did it get them? Almost every Level III that I know in my group is now divorced or a recovering Alcoholic. You could be at the top and they still want more. #'s, #'s, #'s. With ERAC, your work comes home with you. |
