This Site Ruined My Life

Okay, we all know ERAC sucks balls, but this site definately also contributed to ruining a part of my life. In Febuary I left ERAC with a member on this board telling me their was an oppening for his company in my area. This member CORE767 worked for Maxim Health Care. This company is worse than ERAC. I had some retard mexican burrito as my accounts manager, Maxim Health Care is a company that deals in medical staffing, I was a recruitor. This company was worse than ERAC ever was, with worse benefits. Needless to say CORE767 was let go about 2 weeks after I quit, I lasted their four days, and now I'm still fucking unemployed. I enjoyed my job at ERAC it was just the fact I was traveling to much and making no money. Maxim Health Care was even worse. I have been unemployed for 90 days now, if I never saw this stupid site I would probably still be at ERAC. Fuck you ????? and this site. FUCK www.failingenterprise.com. Enterprise sucks, but other companies are way worse. If anyone reads this site and still works at ERAC, before you leave make sure you know exactly what you area getting into. Do not believe anything Admin or other poor performers have to say. I was a top performer, most people are here were not so they do not know what they are talking about. I'm sorry to hear you've been unemployed for 90 days now; that's got to be tough no matter what. I can also understand that you're pretty angry that you listened to the advice of tens of thousands of message board postings and left Enterprise and your next position didn't work out.

Everything I've heard says that if you've got Enterprise experience you should be a desirable candidate and I'm definitely seeing signs that the economy is picking up. If you ask for help here on the discussion board, I'm sure you'll get it.

That's no different than former eracers blaming enterprise for their relationship woes, health problems, and the fact that they are still there. I'm not seeing anything in the message that violates our Terms of Use, so I'm not going to delete it. I'm not going to delete messages merely because they disagree with me; I want all sides of the conversation to get heard here.

I've heard that Enterprise hires 7,000 new college graduates each year, maybe that's what you heard, instead of 7,000 employees short? They can set the salary and working conditions and we have a flexible labor market; they can get precisely as many employees as they're willing to pay for.
