Default any former gp49 employees out there

RI has really s*&t the bed in the last year. sounds like many higher ups have realized the mistake they made at 21 years old, taking a job with erac.

I left the group recently. I have heard about the carnage and the butcher's bill on every level from MT's to AM's to BM's to corporate. It's mass exodus time right there...I'm glad I got out when I did.

I had to leave RI because ERAC made my life so horrible. Certain people who have offices shouldn't like BRANCH LEADERS who break office stuff over their knees, or suck up, or don't deserve it

i worked in RI, it sucked. did you really quit over breaking erac's stuff? i always thought that was the best part of the day, watching people have fun at erac's expense. but we all live in a better world now that we have left the cult

Default ex gp49 here

yep...I left at the end of 02 after being there for a year. Now,I make between what a good branch manager and a good area manager make.

Sure got a good laugh out of that cranston horror story about the car prep stealing the guitar.

Seriously, my life has improved exponentially since leaving. At 6 pm tonight, while the branch employees are struggling to get people out the door, I will be dockside in Jamestown, on my way to Chopmist Charlies for dinner.

Since leaving, my income has more than doubled. I work less hours, applying real skills (developing the E commerce channel of a large mail order company that just got bought out...way better benefits, way better 401k---I contribute 6% and they contribute an additional 4%, better dental/vision/health, vacation/sick time, flexible hours), in a casual dress environment.

I have been able to move to the nicest part of this great city in RI, buy a nicer motorcycle, a nicer car, and save towards a home. I am planning on going back to school for my MBA within a year.

NONE of things could have happened working at Enterprise.

I was hated there by higher ups. To them: Thanks for getting the word out that I was 'too smart for my own good'. It helped me realize that I was actually too smart for THEIR own good.

I will never forget how they railroaded JF out the door. He was the one who'se sister was very ill...and Pete the Area Mgr got @#%$ too.

ERAC=joke. ex 2.3 GPA frat boy steakhead playpen.

i didn't think anyone would respond, but then again, erac does suck. i forgot about jf's situation. for those reading, manager has a sister very ill, he gets told he's moving to a closer office to home so he can help her/see her if necessary. within a couple months he is fired for performance. a month before he was fired they wanted to put him in a struggling office b/c he was "the right man for the job". i guess when he needed personal time he got more than he was looking for.

Sounds like someone is bitter. It really takes a puss to talk about someone in such a harsh way and remain anonymous. I have seen more than one post from you talking about this Treana and I would imagine at some point it is going to get back to her and cause her some embarrassment. Get some balls and post in a way that she can confront you as an individual, the way you are singling her out.

Or better yet, why even bring alleged sexual behavior into a public forum? Keep it to yourself.

I agree with Jean. As much as we're all bitching about many of the same people and circumstances in the great state of RI, names need not be named...but initials (since they INSIST on dropping them at the end of every MSO1) are all good.
