| To: Any Group 49'ers Has Travis Bassi given his two weeks. I have heard from two people that he has. This Area Manager of the East in Group 49 was the worst. He was nothing more than a bull shit artist who would try to rip off anyone at anytime. His wife works for ERAC also in the callback center. He use to say "my marriage is great because my wife understands the Enterprise Life Style." I heard he is leaving due to family problems. Let me tell you this idiots area had the worst ESQI in the group, lowest CDW sales. and worst retension rate. I think their is more to it, and since I hate his guts I want to hear all the reasons this loser might be leaving. Let us know 49. Here Group 49 grows again. Going to rplace one moron with another moron. Thats growing what a joke. |

| yes he gave his two weeks. Allegedly taking a job in New Jersey. I guess the reason was hes been in the same spot for a while and didnt see a promotion. The East has had issues with retention but their ESQi has always been good. |

Let's take a flashback of the last 7 months shall we... 3 Branch Managers Fired 2 Branch Managers forced out 3 Branch Managers quit. 2 Areas Managers have left the group, probably forced out too. Who knows how many MT's have quit? That's 8 Branch Managers gone and 2 area managers in 7 months. What the fuck is going on with your company. If you think this is a great company to work for, you're sorely mistaken. I think upper management needs to wake up and start training their people better. Isn't it their responsibility to give support/training to their managers? Tell me how long will this continue before upper management starts taking some responsibility? |

He took a job in NJ to be closer to his family and take on a career where he felt he could still move forward. Group 49 lost him and Brian Young in the last two years. We are down to Bachner and Caamano. |
