Group 49 Is A Joke

After months of not posting since I left Enterprise-Rent-A-Car I couldn't help myself, but to come on here and see what has been going on. The responses are amazing. Everything said in these post I would say are 50/50. Some things are fabricated and some are not. The thing I notice in all of these post for group 49 is a trend. A trend that is all to similar. The same people are mentioned over, and over, and over again. These people are Travis, John B, Tina, Treana, and Jose. I sat back when reading some of this stuff and I thought what made all of these Mt's, MA's, AM's, and BM's have so much hate for these people. Well, after sitting and speaking with former and current employees I have come up with the answers. Maybe after reading this people will wake up and realize how many people they have pissed off.
I think that it all begins with this "God Mentality." I remember when I worked at ERAC everyone treated these people like they were God. I remember sometimes driving home and thinking to myself why are these people being treated like some kind of celebrity. Current employee's I'm going to break these people down for you like this:

Why would you treat these people like God's?
1. Travis: Just read the thread on Travis. It speaks for itself. Travis thought he was so almighty. Look folks from what I read he couldn't even get promoted. Wow! For all of you that made him this great God I suggest you look at yourselves in the mirror. I bet you all felt really foolish that your boy, the person that preached ERAC when you thought about quitting just like that gave his two weeks. Ashame isn't it.
2. John B: Oh Johnny why even mess with me. Area manager of the East. I worked for Johnny in the Central. When I was in the Central doing my job this loser was all friends and great with me. When I was about to quit he begged me to stay. This summer I had a car accident. I was hit by the other party, and the other parties insurance company was covering the costs of my repairs and rental. I believe it was Commerce to be exact. I wanted everything paid for seeing as I didn't cause the accident. The service from the branch I rented from was excellent. Picked me up on time, I made sure all the information was in place, rental had been approved in ARMS, I obviously got a better car, and I obviously never took CDW because we all know that CDW is "CRAP." Everything is great then all of a sudden I bring the car back to the branch. Guess who is at the branch in his beat up suit, and his little four eyed face. None other than another God wannabee known as JB. When I get to the branch he acts like my boy. Shakes my hand, pat on the back, asks me what I have been up to. Being the professional that I am, and considering I had no prior problems with him I shake his hand, and tell him what I had been up to. I let him know that my family went through some major problems and changes, that I had a period of unemployment that actually turned out to be a good thing because I had been able to help them through some of there problems. I let him know that after everything was in the clear I went back to the restaurant I had worked at. As I was searching for employment I worked at this restaurant to keep income flowing in. I had just recieved a position as an inside sales rep for a Visa/Master Card company. My boss at the restaurant I worked at let me pick up shifts if I want for extra cash. Seeing as in two shiftat the restaurant you make as much as an MT in 60 hours I figured why not. JB for some reason thinks that I have turned out to be some sort of loser because I work two jobs, and didn't stick with Erac. At least thats what he told his employees after I left the branch. He also got all pissed because I recieved a free upgrade along with not taking any CDW. Well JB you nerd let me break it down nice and simple so even your dumb ass can understand. You suck! No one has any respect for you. Did you not think that I still talk to people from this toilet bowl company. I do asswhole. You fucking tool. Wake up JB. No one respects you, no one likes you, no one takes you seriously, and everyone thinks your a loser. JB, this company sucks thats why this site is so great and produces so much traffic. I'm done talking about you. JB, you do a good enough job of making a fool out of yourself without me doing it for you.
As for Tina, Treana, and Jose. They never really did anything to me personally so I will spare my time. I mean by the july of next year between both jobs I will probably gross around 55 grand. I only work 45 sometimes 50 hours a week between both jobs. An MT starts at 30k, makes a max of 31k. I will let those numbers speak for themselves. I work a second job because I now live in a house with my brother and the costs of living requires me to make at least 45k if I want new clothes and maybe go on a vacation this year and stuff. I'm also happy. ERAC made me miserable. I'm happy to be out and anyone who ever needs advice on getting out of that shit whole contact me on my sn jrctivri. Don't let anyone fool you. You can make more money anywhere. Just read through all of these threads. Funny stuff. I'm done this is my last post. I know I'm banned for just being dumb on here, but this site is great, and best of all true.

I said I wouldn't comment again, but this thread fires me up. My advice to you is to just quit. Do not give two weeks notice, all this shit whole company does is pay out overtime. I gave my two weeks, finished my two weeks, and get a check for 91 dollars in the mail. The dipshit in HR tells me they pay in current or something. I think I was out like 50 dollars so no need in making a lawsuit, but your still out like 50 bucks.

My advice
Just get a reference out of someone. Say your going to give 2 weeks. Get your exit interview, sign the voluntary resign forms. After this leave admin. Do not go back. Their is no point, and make sure you are cool with your current or former branch manager so you can at least have a future reference. Don't worry about getting one from your former area manager. They are retards that are going to be 1. fired, 2. quit, or 3. last day you so they are a useless reference. Follow this advice, trust me it will save you a lot of time and hassal in the future.

I said my piece, by the way threatening me does not make things better. I know who you are, you can't kick my ass. GROW UP!! I quit ECRAP but yes I do enjoy this site. I have a life, but the reads on here are amazing. They are so true. All I did was give an oppinion. Get over it. I know the truth hurts. Also, I never cheated on my CDW sales or cherry picked. You have no truth to that. That was just a stupid thing to even say. I did everything I was told to do, as soon as I realized how unethical and dumb this job is I stopped.
