Listen...ERAC is pathetic...one of my friends needed to get a rental from NYC to MA...Enterprise (JRCTIVRI) said it would be $500 for the drop fee not counting the actual rental fee and the total would come to somewhere around $700...he ended up renting a Cadillac from Hertz for a total of $157...and you wonder why your branches are failing...
