I am going to make a post on my experience in Group 49. It has been needless to say so far a bad experience. I have been with the company for nine months. At the branch I am at now we deal with a lot of dealerships, insurence replacement, retail, bodyshops, and some corporate business. Lets just start with the dealerships. First of all who do these customers think they are. They are all a bunch of asswholes. I mean I understand that their car is being repaired and this may cause them some inconvience, but my God all they are doing is recieving some transportation for the day. Why must they be such arrogant bitches. Not to mention all of these scum bag service advisors you have to deal with when you get their because you didn't pick up their faggit customer in 1 minute. Service advisors are scum of the earth. They are all trash. They are asswholes that treat all of us MT's like shit. I'm fed up with it and I know most of my peers are to. It is not our fault that their lives suck, that they are trash, that they can't pick up a good looking girl on a Saturday night because they are service advisors, that they all look like dykes if they are woman, its not our fault none of them ever went to college and chose to be service advisors, its not our fault they are all pimped out by the head service advisor who is a bigger piece of trash, its not our fault, we have had it, and I am not going to take it anymore. Insurance adjusters can go die as well. They make callbacks such a pain in the ass. They suck. Their customers suck to. Every time I see an insurence customer I wish after I waited on them that they would have just died in the car accident. Most of the time they are just scum bag customers who need to learn how to drive. The accident just gives them an excuse to act like bigger scum bags when they come to us. Fucking asswholes. Go fuck yourselves. Retail customers it all depends its 50/50. In your case ADMIN this its just pathetic the way they treated you. What a bunch of retards that worked in that branch. I hope they were all fired. I wish I knew the ESQI scores of that branch, probably no worse than GROUP 49'S. Bodyshop's don't even get me started on these guys. I just want to burn down most of these low life places. What a bunch of idiots. If you are looking for the town idiots just go to the bodyshops that have accounts with Group 49. We have a relationship with this body shop called Carls in Fall River. This guy Carl, his employees, and his entire shop are such a joke. He takes all of our sub work and is so slow. This guy needs to pull the dick out of his ass and get a life. He looks like a fucking elf. He is not the only one, but I thought I would mention him so when the queer Area Managers read this post they take this one to heart since he is the main body shop in group 49. Thats right area team (caamano,bassi,bachner,and scott) I'm talking to all you bitches. All the bodyshops that have an account with group 49 suck, and so do their customers. Corporate customers like ADMIN I have run into no problems with. Overall good people. Currently I still work at one of the branches in group 49. I am going to put in 3 more months that way when another company sees my resume they can see that a put a year into this shit, and "shit" is me giving this group a nice term. Everyday I work their I find it funny to try and completely dissatisfy the customers. I swear at them, give them smart ass answers, one girl that was hot i told her she had big tits just to try and piss her off. She said thanks though. hahaha. I love making the ESQI in this group lower than it already is. Fuck Tina, fuck Jose. I'm bringing this place down and I LOVE IT. Fuck ERAC, fuck TC you manipulative whore---> put a dick in your mouth and shut it bitch. I'm determined at the next new hire dinner to piss all over the GM's front lawn with my pants dropped down in his front lawn drunk. I'm more than determined to carry out this web site and bring down my group. I'm going to make my peers hate to work at my branch. I'm going to make sure that all the hire ups that I have mentioned know who I am at the right time or they will find out when a piece of shit customer reports me to them. I am determined to punch a customer in the face or spit in their face. You're a very angry person, you really should quit, maybe even kill yourself? Lastly, of all the assholes, dicks and people that really do deserve to be bad mouthed, you single out Carl's??? One of the best post I have ever read. So much anger. I feel the same way. This group is terrible. Failing Enterprise Admin can you begin a room for Group 49. This man has so much anger I think we need to hear more of what he has to say.
