| i am wondering what are ex-enterprise employees doing now for work. i have been told that the experience and training which one receives at enterprise is second to none and highly looked upon by many other major companies. therefore i would like to know what good has come of all the hard work and where are you all working now. please if you don't mined in your reply can you mention to what level in enterprise were you at before leaving or being fired. i am woundering if its going to be worth the wait. thank you in advance. |

Oh you mean the training that you get by learning on the job by listening to Area Managers and then doing the exact opposite? ERAC looks good on a cv only because you traditionally run a business with little support or constructive feedback from above. __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? |

| I was but a lowly MT when I quit in the fall of 02 at age 24. I am now the director of marketing for an 8 figure RI business, and report directly to the VP. However, I do have a fledgling consulting gig on the side that is considerably more lucrative on a per hour basis. I may decide to pursue that at some point. ERAC, what a nightmare. Thankfully, it is now waaaay back in the rear view mirror. I can't tell you how horrible I felt about myself when I was working there. |

| As a happy employee I feel like a traitor messaging on here, but for those of you posting messages, let some of us know what companies would be interested in an Enterprise employee with experience and what starting pay may be as well as future promotability. Also, elaborate on positives and negatives of those jobs b/c as much as you all may think Enterprise is the devil I am sure these jobs are not as perfect as they seem either. Secondly, if you know your company is a good fit for an ERAC employee, give your name. Most of you are gone anyway, so there really should not be an issue. Some of us out there may not hate ERAC, but we would like to keep our options open and hear about what is out there and maybe talk to you if we know who you are. |

To the other poster who is looking for places where former erac employees find happiness, I am not a good example...for the simple reason that my skill set is wholly unrelated to anything I learned at Enterprise. Maybe pharma rep? headhunter? sales rep for tech hardware or similar company? I believe one of my former area mgrs is now a bank VP (note: do not do business with that bank), so you likely have more options than you think. Do something that interests you and money usually follows...Life is too short to chase a buck. Of course, I'm making 90 grand so I have the luxury to make that comment. |
