They will probably let you stay and work your two weeks if you are not a BM or AM. They my be dicks about it though. It was called an insult that I was quitting to go to a job that paid more than 10k above my erac salary.

Also, they don't give references, good or bad. If an employer calls, they refer them to some 800 number where they say "mr. smith worked here from x to y." and thats it, so feel free to go half baked on their ass.

giving your two weeks is cool though cuz everyone who is ready to quit tells you there plans, i was not so surprised to find out that about 75% of my area was about to peace out. i still get reports on how their droppin like flies.
