Default Kengatta's comeback

I heard that Kengatta has come back to ERAC as an MA. Can anyone out there verify this?

I realized that Enterprise offers the best opportunity, and I never should have left. I would be so much closer to to my goal of becoming an Area Manager if I would have realized my potential. I hope I can help other's learn from my mistake.

Welcome back to hell. We look forward to screwing you over in pay plans the next many years. We appreciate people that don't realize that we under pay them. Thank you for realizing your dreams of washing 15 cars in 115 degree heat.

I'm not sure who has made the bigger mistake...erac for taking him back, or him for going back. This move tells me that the company is so desperate for people that they will allow people who quit to come back. What kind of message does that send to employees? And Kengatta comes back as an MA? Are you fucking kidding me? With ERAC branch manager on your resume you can't find ANYTHING else out there? Shit, man. Even if it has come to the point that you have to go back to renting cars, at least go to a company that offers fair compensation. Even mediocre managers like BD and BB have found some degree of success at other rental car companies after leaving ERAC. To the company, pull your head out of your ass, pay your people and offer REAL work life balance, and they will not leave in the first place. To Kengatta, pull your head out of your ass, leverage your resume, along with the skills and the network you developed while at ERAC, and find a place where you can start fresh, not start over.
