Oh, I don't read my MS01s very closely..... Just noticed how they were trying to sell the area, etc as I was deleting it...RALPH is so slow, you can actually read it as it goes away...

Well all I can say is that if anyone is thinking about working in Phoenix stay away from NN, unless you want to deal with a Group Rental Manager who came from California and thus thinks he is better than everyone else.

I think 50D is open JW quit, or got let go, not sure which, and one ARM spot in N Scottsdale working in the dreaded NN. How did that dickhead get a GRM spot any way? His public speaking is horrible. The other tool ARMs are still there with BL and CM leading the pack.

That spot that is open in NN, is that 509? That was my area; so how is KT doing? Everyone still hate him? (is that why you say the dreaded NN?) I had to leave when BD moved over to EE after quickly realizing that I had absolutely zero confidence in KT. I know several major players in NN left in the months after he come in and quickly alienated everyone with his ineffective personality and general lack of managerial and leadership skills.

I'm not sure what area it is. I've heard TT is a poor manager. Everyone seems to be bailing, GP50, seems to be circling the drain.

KT is doing fine now because he has surrounded himself with people who dont remember BD and AL. TT needs to spend some money on his peeps.

Agreed... NN has had a facelift. No one from the old regime is left... Isn't that what you do though when you take over? Turn everyone you have a problem with and put people in place who are buying what you are selling, right?

You are right, but it won't happen. Tobin is one of the cheapest guys you will ever meet. As far as his employees go....He squeezes blood till they turn to stones and then skips them across the lake , and gets new meat.

Agreed. He took the money from managers to line his own pockets. Soon enough it will come around to bite him.
