There Is Life After Ecrap...SMASH MOUTH IS LEGENDARY!

Ditto, I worked in 57 early on and pay plans were great under him. He bought a fleet of metros and trucks with AM radios that we had to rent.....but we made lots of $$$$ back then!

Tobin is awesome. He is one of that top 20 GM's in our company. He made people work for their paycheck. Flip was poor for a while and people who could not run a profitable operation made no money and blamed it on Tom. They are crazy. GP50 is having a good year. Retention is down and that does suck. Over the next 12 months I see the retention getting better and the people that are in place will do a much better job than the people that they replaced. I feel bad for those that could not make it work. Will+Tom=Success!

Retention will continue to be in the toilet, and not much will be able to help that. Two MT's left in my area recently for jobs with BASE salaries in the mid40's plus bonus/commission, and normal hours not the 50+ they are working now. Only when the pay goes up and the hours go down will retention improve, I know I am looking forward to another summer of washing cars.

Well, I guess they couldn't hack it at ERAC and had to go get better jobs. Damn them for improving their lives without ERAC, who do they think they are???

Yeah... for Andy Taylor... Where's your due?

Meanwhile, you poor folk will just continue to overwork yourselves for slave wages. But the bright side is that when you DO finally leave the 'prise you will have a kick ass work ethic!
