Retention will continue to be in the toilet, and not much will be able to help that. People that leave for jobs that pay 40base will never make more than 60. If that is all you want then why did they come to ERAC? Retention does suck. I have been around for a few years and they have made changes to help us little people. My pay plan has been adjusted up twice in the past year. I am going to stick it out espcially with us buying Vanguard. I am sorry to see that so many people are unable to make ERAC work for them. Hard work and long hours, so what.

You must be single and have no interest in having a life outside of work. Or maybe you have a family, but you don't care about them. I am not afraid of hard work, but the time you could have spent with your family or doing things you truly enjoy (besides work, if you truly enjoy that) can never be replaced.

You know, for all of you hating ERAC so much you sure do spend a lot of time on this website talking about it. Why don't you all just focus on your current lives, jobs, families and what ever else it is that you do that you didn't have time for @ ERAC. It couldn't have been that bad if you are enjoying talking about it so much. Instead of being on this site you could spend time w/ your families or your friends that you say you never saw while working for ERAC. Or maybe all of your friends are on this site??? I agree. These people are like that guy or girl that spends the entire phone coversation talking about their bad ex. They hate them yet they can't stop thinking about or talking about him or her. If you all hate ERAC so much then why do you give ERAC so much attention. You are basically giving ERAC free advertising. When someone hears that someone is so opinionated about something they are more likely to try it for themselves. It is then that we win over these people and grow our business.

I love how these people who are still so bought in can come on here and preach to the rest of us who know better. in case you haven't noticed, most of the people on here are current eracers. if you hate this site so much then just stay away!
