Sean Dunn goes from 06 to 45 to 03 with no esqi, op, or growth. And then gets popped to Branch Manager of 5038. And we both know that Sean was too ugly to fuc% his way to the top.

Will Ray goes from 06 to 25 to 03 with no esqi, op, or growth as well. Since he has been at 03 he has had the worst luck.

Rita goes from 06 to 03 and pops out an 88 esqi and great OP and growth. The place has not done that since she left. She goes to 55 and does very well and then went to 5083 where she is doing very well. I think she has everything except that her esqi is 1 point below where it needs to be.

let's get to the basics what gets you promoted in ERAC. A lot of people didn't like Jen. This might be a rumor but she was very flirtatious with area managers and mt's. I worked in her area and the guys at her branch were disgusted with her flirting because she was so ugly and fat.

It is not a rumor. I was in Jeff's area when he hit Jenn. It was public knowledge and a big joke at area meetngs. Good ole days in 50D.

5083 is one of the most profitable branches in the group. Last month they had double digit on rent growth, and posted an 85 ESQI. It's called hard work, you should try it. Maybe then you won't be cleaing toilets for a career and be forced to make up rumors about champions. Good luck with that.
