I haven't posted on this thread, so please don't think I'm the "dead weight" posting previously. I just want to say that you're sad, really sad for that matter. I worked for ERAC two years and was promoted very quickly and made top sales every month; byfar dead weight. Now, I work for a real company and can see the difference. I can take time off, real time off, not a half day at 3pm and I NEVER work on weekends. Compared to ERAC, I have GREAT benefits and the company actually cares about its employees! Be certain that I was not dead weight. I can show you lists and lists of all the Elite to Eat dinners I attended. I'm sorry you tell you but you may not be dead weight to ERAC (because you're brainwashed) but you will be dead weight to any other Fortune 100 company out there. Don't quit your day job, it's where you belong.

Fuck the numbers. You don't know shit about it if you haven't been there, and you probably enjoy sucking upper-management dick to get your "scuse-me from writing tickets, or doing anything constructive for my co-workers" -pass. Branch managers don't do shit but organize. MT's, and Lot-ees are the engine. Judging from this comment, you're probably sitting on your fat-ass, while your employees, who "don't count" are busting their asses, picking up/cleaning shitty, dirty, fucked up cars, which you have trained them to upsell unsuspecting customers into. Sit back and collect your commission. Or maybe you had to do your 5 hours of "marketing" today; checking on your account with Macy's: shoe department. Fucking clown. You don't count bitch.

Your an angry man. Im a Branch manager, not for Mark but in TAF's deal. I used to work for him and he was a real nice guy. I can't think of one reason why someone would dislike him. He helped me get to where I am today. Can you give any specific reasons on why he is a bad manager? I bet you can't. Good luck loser.

I bet you can't give a specific reason why TAF is not the worst manager ever at ERAC. This guy is worthless. I just sit back at the Sedona meeting a few weeks back and laugh every time that guy talks. His ESQI/retention/OP are always in the tank...and he is a laughing stock. Get rid of dead weight, and finally make GP50 profitable again. Nothing like the port accounting for 10% of the fleet/GP50 numbers. That guy couldn't turn a profit selling oil to the US.

The Sedona meeting. That was such a joke. Once a year Tobin thought it was okay to loosen the purse strings and pay for an overnight or two up in Sedona. The problem is that they have the meeting in a beautiful location, but each day was filled with wall to wall meetings. Nice idea Tobin. Why even spend the money to get managers away, unless you give them 10 minutes to enjoy the scenery. Save yourself some money and have the next meeting at the Motel 6 in Phoenix. It's the same difference.

Anyone who goes on this site and speaks negatively about ERAC or any of our great employees is a loser who could not hack it. They could not succeed at ERAC and they can't even succeed at a lie. Once again, good luck working at savers
