| Well thought response. You always overcome objections that way? You must be the DW king of the office. |
| |||
| Can you even forumlate a sentence? How is the mortgage business by the way? Do you enjoy living paycheck to paycheck? Don't even attempt a comeback, you will just make yourself look that much worse off than you really are. |

| Since I live paycheck to paycheck, I had to log on to this site via the public library. I am so poor since I stoped working for $9 an hour. Wait I forogt, I wasn't supposed to formulate a comeback. You are loser. At least I am experiencing the comforts of home today, while you log on at your understaffed office. Make sure to match keys today and print a res list for Monday that you will not be able to meet. |

| Dude, you went from mortgage to taco bell... What next? Artificial cow insemenator? Again, the insults are all played out... Incidentally, not everyone who leaves ERAC is a sack of shit. In fact, most people lead very successful careers... USING THOSE SAME SKILLS AND DRIVE FOR SUCCESS. Seriously, ask anyone who has left. Be objective about it... Look past your hate for anyone who isn't still on your team. On the other side, I'm amazed that so many people leave with such a big chip on their shoulder over having worked at the E, something that probably helped them (it did me) in their career development and get into pissing matches with current employees about how shitty it was. The reality is there are alot of negatives and negative stereotypes about ANY job. Look at the positives... even if it is the knowledge that you don't want to work long service hours for the rest of your life. Well, I'm done playing devil's advocate... Although I'm trying to invoke some intelectual conversation, let the mud slinging continue... Or surprise me. Back to topic (worst area managers, remember?), when will they push DC out? Father time is marching on... |

| Taco Bell is a methaphor, I don't expect you to get that. But as far as everything else you wrote, I agree. Why don't we share how we really feel. You worked at ERAC and left, for whatever reasons. That's find. I still work there and love it, I make a ton of money and see a very bright future. What real advice do you have people out in the real world? |
| |||
| My "E" advice is to ride the "E" train as long as you can. I would really like to see you and gp50 succeed. The pay doesn't suck if you handle what you have to get done. The problem is that ERAC has made its business plan around being the little guy that now they are experiencing growing pains that you are all experiencing now. Watch your back because, like in any other business the "what have you done for me lately" monster lurks in the wings. Don't be a skeptic, but just wary. Upper management has their own agenda just like you have one to handle in your branch. Good luck with the biz and take care of your people... they can make you huge or undermind everything you set to accomplish. Now if you take the "E" out of what I just said and have a career you find satisfying and financially rewarding, most of the same advice applies minus the growing pains... Take it or leave it... That's my soundbyte. |

| It would be interesting to find out who everone thinks is the BEST area manager, but there won't be all the drama and evil posts so I'm sure the thread would die in a matter of days. I only know about 1/2 the ARM's these days anyway so I couldn't participate. But it would be interesting to see who are the "liked" few. |

Will was brought in to shake things up and that is what he will do. The old Area Manager making 100,000 and still putting up shitty numbers is gone. Wale was the beginning. Will's Quote "I like to have people on the bench" Meaning I like to have people waiting to take your place. So put up the #'s or your ass is gone. |
