Sit back and collect your commission. Or maybe you had to do your 5 hours of "marketing" today; checking on your account with Macy's: shoe department. Fucking clown. You don't count bitch.

Once again, good luck working at savers
Now that's funny... EVERY employee at erac is great and happy and is living the dream? Congratulations on mediocrity that has become so accepted by the "new school" ERAC'ers. What is players club qualifier by now? 20/10/2 package?

I really do feel for you, because you new schoolers have no idea what you missed out on... If you think it is fun and fulfilling, you shoulda been with the company circa Tom McKinley. Group 50 was still not competing with the rest of the nation (kinda like now) but everyone was having ridiculous fun and making a decent paycheck instead of getting "promoted" like now... which is in essence giving the company permission to screw you on your payplan. But I digress... this post is becoming too negative for my taste and I don't like taking sides when it comes to the LOVE erac or HATE erac battle. It is possible to transcend the ERAC experience and still appreciate what it had to offer back when I worked for the green machine.

Our Group is on pace for an exceptional achievement award. We are doing better than ever. The people that work are making money and living the dream. The people that worry about everyone else besides themselves are failing, making no money, and crying all the way to the career fair.

That's like saying "we are in first place" after winning your week 1 NFL game. You are early on your hunt for the exception achievement award. Nonetheless, I wish you well on your endeavor. You need to get some of your area managers moved up.

It will be impossible to get these losers moved up. Why not just get rid of the trash. I am a current BM, and looking for a spot to open...but none of these idiots are good enuf to be promoted. Even when they get enouf balls to try, they fail. Good example: Dave Caffroy. He couldn't get promoted if his dad was Andy Taylor.

Im someone that is being effected by their poor performance, and lack of desire to branch out. Anyone in my position has the right to judge. Most of the ARMS have been in their position for 5+years (some near 10-15). Either move up, depart, or seek opportunities elsewhere. Im afraid most are stuck because of lack of talent and not desire unfortunately.

How many cars do you currently manage? We have seen 4 Area Manager promotions in the last 5months. If you didn't get one then it was because you are not ready. It has nothing to do with tenured area managers. I agree that there should be a time frame on each position but this job is not easy especially at the area spot. If you have poor people that don't get it, you are stuck till they quit or somehow turn it on. Give our group a chance. Will has done some great things since his arrival and will continue to move our group to greatness.
Still bleeding green
