I would say BL for sure. Hopefully the new VP will trim some of the fat. Some of those guys think they'll just keep their ARM jobs with no effort and treating people like shit, they'll get theirs.

I do agree with you, I've heard BL is very shady as well. He will do whatever to make some $$$ even if it's going to other areas, etc... He tells his people to do whatever it takes no matter what. He always makes the most inappropriate comments. I cannot believe he has not been fired yet!!!
