I knew Wale back in Las Vegas at 5421 on Boulder Highway. I heard he moved on to Havasu and now Phoenix. Does he still have that perpetual chew in his mouth? Wale was a decent guy when I knew him, how is he now?

Still a decent guy but very not at ERAC anymore.

Why? What happened to Jeff?

He was canned about 6 months ago, not sure why. I know he was always skating on thin ice with record low retention/ESQI scores. Everyone that I knew that worked with him, couldn't stand him. Especially women.

He must of changed!

Wale was nearing his 10 year mark with ERAC when they got him.

This is a prime example of what ERAC does to good people. Jeff probably figured he spend the rest of his days at ERAC, and one day comes and he is gone. ERAC has no heart when it comes to employee dedication. Jeff was a good guy, not the best manager but he seemed to enjoy his job and the people around him.

You obviously never worked with him! You can’t keep an employee just cause he’s nice or because he’s a good guy, he has to perform! Enterprise as any other company is in business to make money not to keep morons employed!!!

Was Jeff still married to that hot piece named Victioria?

Wale was funny though. Another thread on this site mentioned the "Vegas incident" and Wale in the same sentence. Does anyone have any info on this?
