the truth here are some of my thoughts on erac lately---i can give two sh*ts if you agree with me or not...but oh yes i do love differing opinions... first, this so-called "raise"---funny how this comes about at the same time that FLIP takes a drastic drop. its the proverbial carrot-on-a-stick trick. gp50 went down approximately $65 in flip last month. considering this is the trend for the foreseeable future and not the exception, assistants/managers are going to be sitting in alot of dollar store lines now. if your branch did decent last year--say, $50 op last year-then you have to op at $115 this year JUST TO BREAK EVEN!now, montgomery and his cronies are smart people--wierd and exciting as wallpaper-but smart. one of them smarter than i could come up with a way to favor op over flip. this weighted system would allow managers to get paid properly. of course, that would make too much sense, so it will never happen. shenanigans! the elite to eat criteria is a joke. any manager at a caddy dealership who doesnt attend for either esqi or ipc should be taken out of their branch and run over with a CTS.same goes for branches strategically placed at a residentially growing area who's on-rent growth isn't at least at 100%.now, you could point and call sour grapes because ive never been to elite to eat. yeah...yeah right. kissing a$$ for two hours after a long day of renting cars isnt my idea of a good time.likewise, it isnt a coincidence that employees at the same branch (cough* 5056 *cough) consistently make it regardless of the manager there, while labrats at bodyshop branches go home and get laid.again, a smarter mind than i could change it so that employees who have the highest #'s over other people at the same branch-with a minimum of say 80 tickets written-should go.shenanigans i say. for the us weekly posts about hottest chicks and who wale has dry-humped lately---you guys are jokes. ruining reputations (kvam, litvak) behind an ANONYMOUS website is disgraceful and cowardly. grow some balls and get a life.shenanigans p*ssies. tim astor should have been mentioned more often in the "best area manager" discussion. shenanigans. last but not least, why are the bathrooms located so close to the desks/customers? my branch stinks and so does yours. ive been around.
