You're excited about 46k/year? WOW!!! That's a whopping $13 to $14 per hour. I don't know when the last time you checked, but it's not 1965 anymore and that's not a lot of money. Hopefully you have a part time job on the side or a wife that's paid well. I'd be ready to put a bullet in my head if I still had to deal with daily rental B.S. for a measly $46k.

I am 23 and 46K pays all my bills and I still have money left. I expect to be making much more as the years pass. I am sorry that you are not happy for me.
