I have been with ERAC for 10 months. I am ready to grill and I was wondering what branch would be best for me to try and get as my first assistant spot. Are there any BM or AM that will help me make the most money?

I have since been promoted and I love it. My branch is doing really well and I have never been happier.

for all ma's reading this here is the best way to maximize your pay. always start at a small branch and get promoted as fast and as much as possible. every time you get popped they have to give you some sort of raise so the more times you move the better. don't let them sell you on the larger branch first because they can get away with paying you less. no matter if its 50 cars or 350 cars your first asst manager spot has to be calculated at a percentage that will equal the same average check so there is no benefit to going to a big branch right off the bat. hope this was helpful.
