Actually, it will not help us with our loan situatuion. We will drop from an A- credit rating to a B+ for the 1st few years while we clean up their debt. ERAC is the best run privately held company in the US. We are buying a lesser company that will compliment our greatness nicely. When it is over, it will be considered the best move in the industry of all time.

In the long term, yes... proving my statement correct that it is a good move. ERAC is here to stay. There's no question about that.
