i worked with withington here in houston for a while. the guy is a freakin' nut case...but he's from boston so what do you expect?

it's so funny to read these posts. it sounds like GP50 was a decent place to work before he arrived. i know that most of the AM and BM's were searching for jobs here in houston before he left. from what i hear, it's getting better here now. but i broke ties with the green machine b/c i was tired of it's crap.

Wow, what nice moral there is around GP50. What a downhill ride it has been since Big Willie came into town-or maybe it actually started with the TT era. So called Branch Managers should be makin more than thier MTs. Make the jump guys...Erac does look good on a resume and a decent paycheck looks a lot better when u r trying to buy those groceries.

They got rid of Simon and Carl "douchebag" Hanson? How can any higher up in this company feel like their job is safe? They can fire anyone for anything whenever they want

How Flarety or Caffroy has survived this mess is beyond me. They are quite possibly the worst excuses for management in 50 history.

The answer is in the dollars. Simon and Hanson were on McKinley pay plans. I'm sure the witch hunt started years ago in order to cut costs. Have they shitcanned Worley yet? Didn't you know that the "dream" came with an asterisk (at least in the Tobin era)?

Well whatever the the reason the decline in gp 50 is painfully obvious since MR left and employee moral is declining rapidly something needs to be fixed.
