| What planet is this guy from?? In what world does it work to treat your employees like crap to try to get better results?? I know all you Area Managers know what I am talking about. Having your Branch Managers walking around believing that they could be fired at any second for miniscuel things is just retarded. Hey why not go with positive reinforcment. Is that not what we teach in even the Assistant training? At what time in Orlando did they say 'for better results tell employees they suck!?!'. How many good people have to leave? Withington is actually blaming the Airports recent drop in ESQi to one employee!! How does that make any sense? Well at least he is creating more opportunity by shit canning the crappy ones too!! I wonder how long before he says something to the wrong employee and a legal matter is brought up. Still waitin for my turn to fall in his crosshairs but I already started the job search before the fact. |

| The guy seems to be all smoke and mirrors...at first appearing like a leader who doesn't take excuses and finds ways to succeed...he now seems to be a glory-seeking attention whore with no loyalty and willing to throw anybody under the bus as long as it isn't him and with no backbone to admit that maybe he made some HUGE errors because of his ego |

| ahhhh, i know people like you. instead of contributing to the discussion, you simply mock those with an opinion and shout out critiques from the middle of a crowd full of sheep. with that being said, here are some of will's blunders from his first year on the job *retention, his primary area of concern, has actually gotten worse from the time it became his main focus. a success?no. *his ego did not allow him to see that MR turned 5006 into a powerhouse, and ever since MR left he has been unable to stop the astonishing decline in performance the port has produced. esqi is atrocious and fleet is way under forecast.the silver lining is that at least it's not 50's biggest branch. oh wait, it is. *his expectations for the group in august were wholly overblown, and in several instances a few numbers actually declined from the previous year, as seen in februarys meeting. to summarize, he thought about underpromising and overdelivering, and then he did the exact opposite. *his handling of area managers has become so obscene that several managers have voiced their apprehension about getting promoted because of it, and more than one manager has started job searches specifically due to worries over job security once they reach that level. shouldn't Enterprise, a company that loves to blabber on about employee development and taking care of their people, increase job security as your tenure increases, or is that just another green myth? so, surprised, while you cower in wills shadow and get personally offended when his name is not glorified, i will continue to not blindly follow the pack. i love enterprise and have for years, but do not like where this group is trending. because of will, it is starting to be about who can kiss the most ass and accomodate his ego, and less about who can get the job done. several promotions in the last 6 months have gone to people less qualified than there more deserving peers. either way i am here for the long haul and have invested over four years and will invest another 4 years, but what is going on now is a black eye on the company. |

| I love to see well thought out responses with valid points. Kudos, yesiam. I haven't experienced the Will era of ERAC, but you are not the first person to share such information or opinion. I've had a lot of love for the E in the past, but have been skeptical of how they treat their people and the direction they are going. Between this and an unnecessary witch hunt that lead to a firing of an extremely devout employee, it REALLY pisses me off. I hope all of you current employees get what you want from the job, but take heed. You have the information. Cover your a$$ and don't let the Green Machine run over you too. |

What specifics can you say he has done that have hurt our GP? Remember, we are looking for specifics not some rant from somone who simply wants to hear themselves speak, or in case watch themselves type. |
