I have been with ERAC for just a few years and love it. I make decent money and the job is real easy. Washing cars isnt great but its easy money. I have had my ups and downs but every job I have ever had has had good and bad. I dont have to worry about getting laid off and I think that is great. I dont have to worry about the company going under like Enron and if I stick it out I will make a 6figure salary one day. My friend has been with the company for just over 10years and he is an RVP in California and makes 500K a year. No offense to my friend but he isnt very smart. He is a real sweet heart and people love him but he barely graduated. If he could do it, anyone can. As far as group 50 it is very different than it was when I first started. I enjoy what I do, and I dont understand why everyone is so upset.

When you spend more time at your job than you do at home, and even the sanctity of your weekend is stolen...what the hell is the point? "Good money" is no reason to continue working at a hellish company with definate brainwashing tendencies.

Your drinking too much Kool-aid, kid. Lets see... you have been with the company a few years and your still washing cars? You won't have to worry about the company going under because you will be fired.

Working for the company is great, if you handle your business. But the further you move up the further the carrot they dangle in your face moves. I'm still waiting to see where the money they were talking about is. It is , a great opportunity and anyone who can hack it deserves respect. I just don't know how they expect to keep people with the long hours and the low pay

Here's somethin fun for u to do...figure how many hours you work and divide that into yr monthly gross...u will now see that after MAs w/overtime only make...let me back up my statement with simple math...

-if you make 45K/year(fair avg;some do make more, but remember the G9s,90s,G3s) and work 50 hrs/wk(7-6/daily=10hrs if u get a 1hr lunch and dont work Sat)=$17.30/hr

-an MA gets 11.75?/hr+17 for OT@50hrs/wk=$12.80/hr

So congrats on your big promotion $4.50/hr!!!!

Life is sooo good after that day u wake up and leave. Challenge to anyone...is there anyone in the world who left Erac and wish they were back?? There is a reason for this. Use yr internet access and job search at work, u and your family deserve it.

Your friend cant even count to 500. Make him show you a paystub before you quote his salary. Otherwise, it's just another e-lie.
