how mt's and women are treated @ erac and

i have never been to a prison so i do not know personaly if that is true but i know that all most every one in my area is quiting or looking for a new job. or has been let go seeing that the AM only wants his people that he trained in the area and they are trying to run every one off that was under the old AM.
here is my story i stareded under a bad mgr and never got trained the right erac way then i got to move out of that office and i was getting trained vet well. but then i was told i hade to go to a diff. office and work and i was promised the world for a mt but that was just smoke blowing up my butt. then I was put in to a hostile work enviromentat the new office and HR let it happen then i was made to drive over 450 miles per week to a new office out of town without a choice w/o a company car or re paid for the gas and the AM knew what kind of car i own and the amount of gas it takes, was also awair i was spending 1/3 of my income mothly in gas. i was going to have to over qualify to take the mqi to be alowed to take it. i was told i had to get 2 more months on the top 1/2 of the matrix to be alowed to take it when i had already been on the top half 3 months in a row. i was left out of traing activities and mutiple other things. and i busted my but for them and only 2 mgrs seemed to give a rip about my career with erac

What else would you expect from our lovely HR department. She would have to get off her big butt and come out to the branches and see what goes on. That would be to much work for her. I would like to see her in the summer washing a car. Well, the thought of seeing that just made my stomach turn.

i know it took me over ten days after payday to get my final check and then befor i got ti i called her and she said she would have the old check canceled and a new one overnighted then i call 2 days later when it still had not shown up and she said that the payrole dpt had to have to people to sign the check but the hole time the check was on its way to me by reg mail and i ended up finding that out by amy

then my friend was harassed and then it was just blown off by the mgr. she also like the rest of us was lied to about pay her check got smaller amd smaller then the cut her hours from 50-60 to 40-45 by transfering her to another branch in whitch she liked but still did not pay the bills and the in come was still falling. i want to know where everyone in uper erac went to school and learned math because the can not doit at all how do you get a $7-800 checks to add up to 30k a year every two weeks

I am speaking from experience as a female who worked at Enterprise . . . Get her out of there. I am not saying anything about the nature of your girlfriend, I do not know her at all but it is a filthy place to work. Now one should have to put up with all the harrassment that goes on there. If it isn't the managers that are hitting on you, it is the slimeball accounts and sleazy customers. If you do bring it to the attention of your superiors, they just laugh it off and say that is how the business runs. Tell her to run!

You know working at Enterprise I've never seen about 90% of the things described on this site. I've never seen that harassment part.
