Sometimes to get at the head of a problem you must take them out at the knees.

Maybe if the “hardworking ABM’s & BM” would grow a pair and stop taking the lies, verbal abuse and downright shady business practices that is forced down your throats from above just so they can get promoted over your tired corps; and complain to corporate HR (forget Wichita) and EEOC then everybody’s lives will improve and everyone can get on with making money.

You must have missed the point that I don’t work for ERAC never have, never will, so exactly why should I care about assistant managers or branch managers, if they make money; Kevin and crew makes money, so the faster he and his stooges are gone the better off everyone will be.

I don’t know if it will make me feel any better toward ERAC, if Kevin and crew are gone, but it’s a start, after all this website was created not by an employee but a disgruntled customer, that had been screwed over one to many times by ERAC

Another One Bites the Dust:

The "Gay Tarbet" pronounced Tar-bay. (Josh Tarbet) is no longer with The Big Green Machine.

Another Area Manager has left.Again kudos to Kevin and all the good folks at 51EE. Retention is out of this world. That is about three area managers that have left in about a year..

Well what do you expect when Pete Fleming left the area Kevin Hill replaced Pete with just another rabid dog (Rob Conner), Mike quit the company on his own terms after years of abuse and Josh Tarbet got a better job and did the same.

So I want to state congratulations and best of luck Josh, your move changed my opinion of you, I never though you had it in you, I figured you would bend over for years as Kevin’s & Rob’s golden boy.

It is one thing for MT’s to quit or even an assistant Manager, but when area managers quit, without being forced out there is a problem and it won’t go away as long as Kevin Hill, Rob Conner or Jason Graham are still employed or get replaced with clones of Pete Fleming.

Josh was at the top of his game in performance with his pears leaving the company should prove once again to Jack Talley that there are problems and he should see the underling problem is Kevin Hill and Pete’s clones (Rob & Jason), but Jack will never know the truth nor does he care as long as the commission checks keep rolling in, one day he will be called to St. Louis to answer to Andy and it will be too late for Mr. Talley.

So invest wisely and save that money you will need it when Kevin takes your job.

ERAC loses thousand of dollars in training and years of experience every time employees quit and the higher the level the more money is lost, it would have been cheaper to have given Josh a raise to keep him, instead of Rob & Kevin pocketing more money.

I can’t speak for Josh but I know Mike was pulling down 75-85K a few years ago and rumor was Josh was not even close; I am guessing 50-60K, but that is just speculation as to why he quit, only Josh knows and Kevin & Rob know why.

I perdict Adam L will leave next, followed by Haley and then maybe Murad.Although Murad may stick it out for a bit longer than Haley, But Haley was and is a back stabbing Biotch.

I work for kole and he was a very good manager.
he can be a dick but he always was fair and honest.
He cared for his employees.
and I agree he took alot of guff from upper management. He always spoke his mind with his employees interest in mine.
