Ohhhhhhhh...

This is so money.........

Very well written, concise. These things have been said in "motivational" meetings all across ERAC...

Admin, I read your site for the pure humor that it presents. You have some seriously funny posts especially from "disgruntled employees". It is pretty classic stuff.

I do have a question. Why do you care?

Ok, ok, ok...."Honesty and integrity is the foundation" etc, etc. Or "Customer service" etc, etc.

Save it. You are a fool who has way too much time on your hands. To send a postcard about some guy (good or bad) is a waste of time. Do you think you are going to get this guy repremanded? fired?

You are free to post your thoughts on your site. You just need to look at yourself in the mirror (without scaring yourself) and question YOUR values!

Well, after 9/11, it was a time to think about some bigger ideals and consider some service to the nation. For various reasons (age, primarily), I'm not going to be joining the New York City Fire Department, or the Marine Corps, despite the fact that my respect for these guys in immense. But I can do something else to help the country.

The scams that Enterprise pulls are just flat-out wrong, and no amount of brainwashing or spin by anyone is going to change that. And I'm pretty sure that most people at Enterprise know this also, but they're so addicted to the profits and the commission checks and the promises of promotion that they can't stop themselves. By my estimate, Enterprise wrongfully extracts an extra $1 Billion out of its customers every year.

Yes, I do question my values. There's no doubt that part of my motivation for Failing Enterprise is a private grievance. I don't like being lied to and being made a fool of. But a far more important motivator is the public service aspect. After 9/11, we need to look out for each other, and not try every possible scam to extract every last dollar out of each other. That's just wrong.

It appears that Enterprise used to be an ethical company, but over the past ten years they've somehow lost their moral compass. I don't like being scammed as a customer, and I don't like it when other people get scammed. I'm here to protect them.

So that's what I do here at Failing Enterprise. I tell the truth and I try to protect people. There are worse ways to go through life.

So yes, I question my values; I'm comfortable with what I find.

9/11? Scams? Blah, blah, blah!

If you think you are making an impact on Enterpise, or creating change, you are drastically mistaken. All you are doing is stiring "your" pot and drawing attention.

And if you think the people responding to this site are customers, you are even dumber than I thought.

After everything I just wrote, that's the best you can come up with?

You're up awfully late for a third grader.

Wow, what can I say? I have a fan! There will be autographs after the show.

Admin - bravo! The first question everybody is asking is "How did Admin get this information?" Then, they suddenly realize after reading every reply so far that this is what goes on at every meeting across the country and overseas, almost word-for-word. Too bad the informer didn't have a tape recorder - the audio clip of Steve ranting could have been placed right underneath the Seinfeld clip. Shoot, then we could download it for ring tones.

Admin, admin, admin. Please. I think the "third grader" comment is enough for all to realize you are a joke. Again, you are here to "save the world" yet when you are challenged, your only response is that?

It is hard when the tables are flipped and YOU are challenged. Save your breathe about this being a site for customers. If it makes you feel better to believe you are making a difference for customers then continue to pat yourself on the back. But the truth is hard to handle.

Thanks for the forum.
