You responded with "9/11? Scams? Blah, blah, blah!". Yes, I take full responsibility for ignoring you. Brush your teeth and go to bed. Tomorrow's a school day. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do. The best way to predict the future is to invent it." -- Alan Kay |

"Yes, I take full responsibility for ignoring you"???? Are you for real? If I am mistaken, let me know. But I seem to see 3 responses to my post. I think "blah, blah, blah" is the precise response to your 6 paragraph spew. Good night and good luck.

I used to work for ERAC up until two weeks ago as an area manger. I have spent countless hours reading posts from current and former employees along w/ customers as well. There is actually some information from various people that I truly believe could be used for Enterprise to make improvements in their business. ERAC has always been aggressive and will continue to be aggressive when it comes to booking deals. Well trained employees are more than capable of handling the tough situation when offices are running low on cars by being honest with our customers and providing realistic expectations to them. I can assure of one thing ERAC will not do, and that is rip customers off. My old group was affected by hurricane Katrina and availability of rental cars was extremely limited. In my area, our competition was completely sold out. During this time our retail rates were as low as I had seen them over the previous six months. While some employees may choose to do otherwise, it is not something coming from corporate.

Being Honest, Well said and thank you. Now we get to wait for admin to chime in with one of his 6 paragraph responses on how Enterprise "wrongfully extracts $1 Billion from its customers every year". Or better yet, an "oh, you must be a vp who is acting as a former area manager." Can't wait.

Failing Enterprise Admin, sorry to see your "almost" real letter to Weidner is just a joke after all. You see, the people that back you up, they quit already or are working for Enterprise, yet the will not give up their full name and say " I am ...... and I know for a fact Steve Weidner does this". All you have are people who complain about their job because they don't like it or have realize that they went to college to wash cars and work from the bottom up. I am sure Steve did not do any of this, or if he did, would somebody please step up and give their name. I dare the person that informed you of this meeting to step up and tell us who they are. You see Failing Enterprise Admin, this site won't be legit until names are named and the people who complain are real. All you have right now is a bunch of stories, possibly made up, against Enterprise with no backing.

But you know that. If you're looking for an excuse to ignore what you read here, that's as good as any. Given everything that's written here, if Enterprise wants to maintain a postion of "there's no reason to take any of it seriously because people won't give their names", then they're being willfully ignorant and sticking their head in the sand, which, frankly, is consistent with their previous behavior. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do.
