I have no pity for the people that get their names mentioned on this site in a negative way. The people that get their names dropped on this site bring it on all themselves. If someone is solid, then the posts are good. If they suck, then they're bad. My advice to the ones that receive bad ones; stop being a bad manager! It's pretty simple.

Steve did a good job in Central Pa. Look at his area now. It got so big, they had to divide it up. Good job Steve. Don't let these people tell you otherwise. Either you are with Steve, or get out of the way cause he is on a roll.

Let me make a statement on the anonymity of those that post on this site.... I don't keep a secret who I am for my own personal benefit. I quit Enterprise over 6 months ago, and I still try to remain friends with the co-workers I cared about while I'm there. Unlike what many in Enterprise would tell you, I don't feel that just because someone leaves a company you have to cut ties with them. I have not said anything untrue on this board. I've made jokes, yes...but I've made that obvious, so I don't fear Enterprise's attorneys attempting a libel suit. I don't wish to divulge my name solely for the protection of those that I still speak with on a regular basis. These people tell me what's going on in the company and I, on occasion, share information on this board. These people are fully aware that I post here, and I'm sure they know who I am on this site. Enterprise would never be able to fire anyone that shares information with me because they'd have to fire half a dozen people. However, they could blacklist them for promotion, which we all know happens a lot in Enterprise. Any time you request for someone to identify themselves, you're just making yourself as a stooge who will go running to management. When the days comes that my friends feel Enterprise is not for them and they quit, I will have no problem giving my name, but for their sake, and the sake of those that talk freely to them, I'm keeping anonymous. Sincerely, Greg Cavoli (Just kidding!!!)

I love him, especially when his rosey red cheeks come alive. I am also a figure skater , and Steve has supported me by giving me reduced hours so I could train for the olympics. Did you see me last night? Your my man stevie!

I pray that you are being sarcastic, and not just that dense. Nice screenname. |

But then there's Enterprise, whose managers don't seem to have this crucial relationship skill. At Enterprise, at the first sign of being unhappy with anything, management brands you as being "not bought in" and you're blacklisted. Relationships work best when the issues get out on the table and get addressed. When one side prohibits this natural steam release, pressure builds. Employees come here to let off some of that steam. The fact that honest talk about the issues is banned at Enterprise is a pretty strong indicator that there are serious problems there and that management has to keep turning the screws to remain in control. This is consistent with the repeated observation that Enterprise employees "bleed green" right up to the day they crack and then they're out the door and they feel like a huge weight has been lifted off their shoulders. Enterprise is like North Korea, where the government is in total control and all the citizens are brainwashed. Failing Enterprise is like South Korea, with freedom, democracy, capitalism, a much higher standard of living, and the ability to speak your mind. Oh, and there's plenty of porn and the food is much better. The flow of defectors just keeps increasing. You comment above is equivalent to saying that the minute you find yourself dissatisfied with your spouse, you have an ethical obligation to divorce immediately. And to refute the last part of your statement: yes, people who come here and tell the truth are definitely better than Enterprise for doing so. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do.
