Steve sounds like eevry douchebag ARM at ERAC. People who say stuff like that isn't said by ARMs at meetings are fucking living in fantasyland. I had my RRM once tell us that Asst. Managers shouldn't be concerned at all about getting their employees their lunch breaks at a meeting in front of a roomfull of people.

You fucking sheep!!!! Why do you need names? Is it because you want to continue on with improving your brainwashing techniques?

I dont hear any ERAC defenders coming on here and saying that these allegations are false, and ponying up with PROOF! All I see are these kool aid sippin morons slamming back a six pack and saying things like...."everyone on here are ex-erac'ers" or "you all cant hack it" or "Whats your name?"

Why must you come on here and try to detract from statements made against ERAC by tearing down the messenger? Why dont you come on here and "shed some light" on these so called "false statements" and PROVE us wrong?

I definitely appreciate the truth whether I hate ERAC or not. Why dont you pro-eracers try coming here with it. If you are so concerned with covering for Weidner the scumbag, step up for the man with some proof that he isnt a shady fuck.

Good luck with that, by the way. Ill look forward to getting NO responses with any PROOF that this guy isnt as shady as it comes.

I was a City Manager for Jack Talley in GP51 and what was said in this meeting sounds legit to me. When I started with the company years ago this sort of thing didn't happen but as the company grew and the "SoCal Influence" took over aggressiveness escalated to the sort of behavior described. Guys like Talley do a great job of sugarcoating it all with "family values" and pretty slogans but in the end it's all about a "dig me I make tons of money and you don't" culture that I'm very happy to have left. I don't make the kind of money I did then but life is so much better.

Kudos to Admin for starting and maintaining this site - it's sorely needed.

We should do a "This is your brain on Enterprise" ad.
