This couldn't have happened to a more fitting guy. Weidner is the Pinnacle of what is wrong with ERAC. I worked for him, and I can happily say I left because of him. Thanks Steve....I owe you one!

That was a piece of art! I could have not said it better myself.
Everyone needs to remember that Steve Weidner his here to boost
up the numbers in Tulsa in order to get promoted, and move to the next
city. He doesn't care about anyone in Tulsa, and his is willing to step
on anyone to get ahead! All we can hope for is that he gets promoted
and he moves on to the next city where he'll ruin the lives of some more
hard working employees. All I can say to Steve personally is to move
on your no longer welcome in Tulsa! OTOD

Admin, love the letter. Very well written, and I bet Andy had a good laugh reading it this morning while getting his daily fix of failingenterprise.com

I dont know Weidner, nor do I know where gp51 is....but this is f-ing great. Its about time the sleazebags that preach unethical behavior and fuel shady behavior through the acts of their subordinates finally get put on blast for all to see. Cant wait for the fallout.

Admin,

One of the greatest things I've ever seen. I don't know Steve Weidner, but I put in many years at ERAC, and every bit of that is preached constantly.

ERAC masks it's gouging, cut-throat ways by throwing out the "customer-service" lip service, and giving out some BS customer-service awards for changing a flat or waiting after hours for someone.

Truth is, none of that customer service will put you on the fast-track or get you promoted. You have to be willing to do what's on that list everyday, and convince those working for you to so the same.

I saw it would never change, and I have integrity, so I bailed. And have a much better life for it.

Steve, fight back man. You know all of this is Bull. I hope the people in St. Louis don't listen to this. Steve Weidner is everything right with Enterprise. What is wrong with Enterprise is its customers who only care about themselves.

This sales meeting Weidner has sounds EXACTLY up his alley. He probably got all red-faced with his motivational "round up the troops" speech and it's all unethical bullshit. I had been told all of these things by management in Group 57, so Steve is not the only one...just the pinnacle of the corruption in Enterprise. EVERY company is out to make money, but to do so at the unethical expense of your customers is not right. I'm pleased I left Enterprise, because I know my soul has been saved. I was never a dishonest person until I started working for Enterprise and I realized I had to lie to at least one customer a day. I hope Weidner gets what's coming to him. These methods to generate profit should not stand in ANY business.
