Senior MA? Is that a position made for someone who's been around too long, and ERAC doesn't want to make them an assistant manager, but doesn't want to pay them overtime anymore? Here- you can be a Senior MA. No commission, but no overtime. Congrats. I remember when I worked in 51AA, there was this guy who had been with ERAC for something like 10 years, and he was still an MA. People referred to his as "the legend."

I know who you are talking about, the dude would not leave the town in which he lived. He was content living there and being a MA. I managed the office with him at one time, we tried to motivate him to move and he would not. The guy was happy. I cannot blame him. I moved around a ton while working for ERAC. I chose to do so and it really enabled me to move up quickly. Good company to work for, but it is a second marriage for sure. Also, my life ins would not cover repos j/k.

I currently work in Group 51, and am currently looking for employment. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also, Group 51 SUCKS!! Talk about the "LOVE OF MONEY"--that is what 51 is all about, especially MR. SCOTT BELL (I don't know how he even graduated from college). One more thing, ERAC is the worst company when it comes to honesty. They lie, cheat, steal, and rip everyone off.

And, has anyone ever checked OSCN.NET and looked up some of the area managers, branch managers, etc.? You all need to check it out!

I liked working for Scott Bell. He's one of the only people at enterprise that I would still hang out with. He and I got along great. But just one guy can't save that shit-hole company. Until they start paying employees more, to justify the bullshit that they put up with, and the hours they work, it'll continue to be the same.

Scott actually worked for me. He is, was a good guy. We were boys in Lawton, Ok. Hope all is well for he and his family.

Well I guess that settles it, Scott Bell will be the next RVP!
