Believers? Believers do exist. I believe that one day, I will no longer have to pick customers up at bodyshops and dealerships and sell waiver. I believe I will no longer have to offer blind sell-ups to customers or do the "book no-look" technique. I believe I will no longer have to listen to a Steve Weidner sales meeting watching his face turn a darker shade of red every five minutes as he fires up the troops.

Hopefully, MY day will come.

You don't actually HAVE to sell waiver.

Or do blind sell-ups. If you don't have the car, just automatically give 'em a free upgrade.

Or "book no-look". Look and don't book.

You DO have to pick people up from bshops and dealerships.

What are they going to do if you don't sell, sell up, or book every deal? Fire you? Probably not. You won't get promoted, but it doesn't sound like you want to stay with ERAC anyway. Your AM might yell at you, but that happens anyway. Just act like you care when he's talking, but don't do things you don't agree with. Who cares?

Talk about speaking the facts? You are just flat out lying.....a VP of Finance is not going to be "cooking the books" That's just plain irresponsible to say when you don't know what the hell you're talking about. The guy is making a shitload of money -- do you think he wants to lose his job? And I'm not one of the few who......MANY respect him throughout the company. And if you can't handle being called a moron, you're in the wrong place!

As I said in my previous post....I respect your opinion, but I don't agree with it. There is no reason to call me a moron if you don't agree with what I have to say. Too bad you don't like it, its just the way it works in this world. You can call me all the names in the book just because I don't agree with you on something, but that only shows your lack of character...Nobody is attacking you, so chill out !!

Please don't lose any sleep over Lemcke's bad reputation. You are not going to save him. Its kinda late :)
