Chip on the ol' shoulder much? Sounds to me like you have a personal vendetta against Cindy. You didnt list/give any reasons/opinions why she woudnt be good in management. Yet you seemed pretty adimate about the "trash talking/sleeping with employees" being a problem. I've got news for you... this is 2006, and in corporate America, EVERYBODYS fucking EVERYBODY. Unless you're fat or ugly (which I'm thinking you might fall into this category) theres always a green light for fornication. Thats the beauty of working for Enterprise.... they are constantly bringing in fresh meat. Married or not...everybodys fair game. |

| I don't know what your all talking about, I love Enterprise! Where else can a 24 year old run a business like a car rental branch and get rewarded for it. You ERAC haters should all quit and go get jobs at Mcdonalds, cause ya'll can't hack it here at this one! Your all losers and probably can't hold anything else. Later in life I'm going to be so far ahead of you it's not even funny. I acually feel sorry for you sons of b#$!hes! Burn in hell losers!!!!!!!!! |

| Oh, hell. I think I'm exhausted reading all of this gossip, interesting as it is. The luau is coming up, so we should all look around the room and think of this thread. Okay, here goes. Mike James has moved on to Enterprise Rent-A-Truck, which just started a few months ago in Oklahoma City. That's why the position opened for Cindy. Melanie? Yeah, she used to work in Tulsa. I worked with her at one time, and I liked her. She's still with ERAC I think, but I'm not sure. Kyle D? If it's the Kyle I think you are talking about, he was recently the assistant manager of 51, but got promoted to manager of 54 like in April of this year. One has to think this was a poor decision, financially, but at least he gets to go to Orlando now. How exciting. |

Thats great news for Kyle D, he and I worked together as well, great guy! The Orlando trip is a highlight for a manager, after working hard all year long and making the numbers you get rewarded. Awesome time. I really enjoyed going to those, the only thing that I had a tough time with was watching some of our leaders getting torn down. Its hard to view them in a leadership role when they behave that way. ERAC knows how to put on a good meeting. Where is the group activity this year? Univ studios, Island of Adventure, etc? |

| Im glad I left when I did. With Cindy behind the wheel, I dont see the okc area doing any better than under Mike. Mention of this site had spread throughout the branches like wild fire, and alot of the new employees were asking alot of questions. I stayed as long as I could handle it, but when it came down to it, I just wasnt spending enough time with my significant other. I was also tired of always hearing about who was sleeping with who. There are ALOT of dirty hoes that work for ERAC in Okc. (yet they carry that fake cheesy innocent girl act) |

| anyone else, or is this a dead issue? |

| how is the retention? why would you think it would be any different? erac sucks no matter who the managers are. if you ask me working for cindy has been great. she didn't deserve the job b/c there were other qualified area managers who were still in rental. she was in "marketing" she didn't have to have ESQi, IPC, or Net Profit, all she had was TL's balls in her pocket. Why hire a qualified individual who could motivate the region? She makes MT's say business is booming instead of we're busy, and there is a lot of opportuniy at ERAC instead of we're understaffed, which every branch is. By the way we're understaffed b/c that would cut into Jack's big check. Enterprise is straight bullshit. The time to work for ERAC was the 70's and 80's. Retention rate? It's never going to be high when hire white trash and non-college grads who speak in broken English. I regret the day I stepped foot in the ERAC office for my first interview. FUCK ERAC. |
