Why hire a qualified individual who could motivate the region? She makes MT's say business is booming instead of we're busy, and there is a lot of opportuniy at ERAC instead of we're understaffed, which every branch is. By the way we're understaffed b/c that would cut into Jack's big check. Enterprise is straight bullshit. The time to work for ERAC was the 70's and 80's. Retention rate? It's never going to be high when hire white trash and non-college grads who speak in broken English. I regret the day I stepped foot in the ERAC office for my first interview. FUCK ERAC.
Wow! Sorry I asked. Do you still work for ERAC? There are plenty of of jobs out there. If you are not happy you should leave. The training that you get at ERAC is priceless. Trust me. If you can sell, you can land another job. Its that easy. I have had many people comment on ERAC being on my resume. They know the work ethic of the folks employed by ERAC. Get your resume together and begin looking.....

I used to believe that people would comment on ERAC being on my resume as well. You know why? Because Enterprise shoves that down our throats - just like all the other BS they keep feedin' to try to help retention. In reality, every headhunter I've spoken with has commented on renting and washing cars for 12 hours a day - with a degree. Why? That's where you have to start selling, or justifying, what you've really been doing.

Two area managers got branches taken away from them in Tulsa.
The best branch manager in Tulsa got screwed out of an area manager
position because his esqi was alittle under regional average. So you
know what they did? They demoted him to a smaller branch and tried
to justify it by saying it was his decision to make the move.
What a crock of shit! Weidner is just "cutting the fat"! Fuck him
and fuck ERAC!

I saw that email today. You're talking about John at 51, right? It said that he chose to move to that branch. Although that sounds pretty suspect, since I'm sure he was doing very well monetarily where he was at. He is a great guy all the way around, and if he was demoted, there will definitely be some type of backlash over it.

Both Bretts are the area managers i'm talking about, and yes Jon S. is the
manager. Jon S. didn't deserve any of it. I heard some branch manager in
Bartelsville got promoted to 5151. I don't know her but I hear is has only
been a branch manager for 6 months. How is that possible? is she that
good? She kiss alot of ass. I heard from another manager that she had
no business even being a branch manager in the first place. It sounds
like a recipe for disaster to me.

Oh by the way I'm not like the rest of you all I like my job at Enterprise.
I just disagree with the politics.

Brett B, is still around? I wonder how long he is going to hang on. I guess when you get to area manager that is a good place to camp if you must. John is a good guy, he and I were managers at the same time. He was one of the managers in Tulsa that helped me when I needed him. Sometimes folks do get promoted when we think they shouldnt, but someone does and we should be happy for that person. I remember when I was promoted to manager, I was with the company for 7 months and was competing with a Assistant that had been with the company for 4 years. Alot of people said that I did not deserve it, however I turned the office into the branch with the highest O.P. in the state. My motto for that deal is do not hate, congradulate..... What is John S, office number?

WOW! I actually work for an insurance company that sends A LOT of business to ERAC. The reason I do it because of Cindy. She is one of the most dedicated and passionate employees I have ever met with Enterprise. I have been in this industry for over 20 years. I also have a lot of connections to the insurance industry and know that she is the main reason for a lot of the business that ERAC gets today. She ALWAYS has ERAC's best interest at heart anytime she negotiated process changes with us.

I'm not suprised by some of the comments I see. She is a woman and a very successful woman, therefore, she is going to get the criticism of sleeping her way to the top. She is a very personable and fun lady. I can see where that would cause her to be misunderstood by those who do not truly know her.

Not many people know what she has gone through personally. I know a family friend of hers and she went through a really bad marriage with abuse. During that entire time, she always came into our office with a smile on her face and never a complaint. Sounds like she was just trying to use that some positive approach with the business is boomin' and opportunities with staff.

I am sure we can all look at ourselves and find things that are less than perfect.
