How does Oklahoma City like their new City Manager? Has she even started yet?

I was a bit surprised that she got the job. For sure I thought they would bring somebody in from another group. Time to start the rumors of how she got the job. wink

She started this week. I heard she did a branch visit and started answering the phones and helping customers. That's pretty cool! I don't know much about her, but I have heard that she is a really awesome manager. She has done a lot of different things with the company. I am just glad they promoted someone from within. I think that really helps morale.

I laughed out loud when I read this!!! Cindy is the most imature, fake, self-proclaimed "plastic" "mean girl". She has such the big head and thinks she is so far above the law just because she is still somehow able to dangle a certian event over the head of her boss, TL. That event, you ask.......from what I understand there was some hot short-lived affair between the two of them. She is able to get away with anything with him! And apparently able to work out a shocker of a promotion.

Don't get me started.....she's no stranger to affairs with married men. You say she has done alot with the company....sure she has! Ha! She was the marketing manager in Okc/Tulsa and really enjoyed the personal touches she was able to implement in her accounts....seriously.

thats funny. she maybe everything you said, but you gotta give her some
credit as far as I know she does'nt stab anyone in the back to get ahead.
Everone has some kind of dirt on their area manager, she just has the balls
to use it to her advantage!

Actually have a lot of respect for her. Shes worked hard and is actually pretty nice. No complaints there. As far as the "affairs" I really couldn't care less. I can name tons of married types in that office who are less than saintly. In this Group for that matter. (That doesn't bother me nearly as much as the two-facedness that is EVERYONE and the lack of supoprt and care and...shit where does one stop>!?!???? Before or after the "harassment/you-are-too-sensitive-to-work-here" topic??????????????????)
it's kinda nice to finally have a GIRL in upper management. ive been in callbacks for a long time and she used to be our "AREA" manager, (i dont actually know her officicall title then) and now shes doing a good job up there. i had a lot of respect for mike too tho. He was alwyas nice and helpful to me. But he's the only one I guess. Who knows. People could actually learn from them!!! (professionally at leat)

So your glad they promoted a plastic bitch from within huh? Yeah, real great! They had plenty of other GREAT candidates from other groups that are eating dusk since Cindy has TL eating out of her hands...among other things. She SUCKS as a manager and just does whatever it takes to get by...trust me I know first hand. And don't believe that fake smile either...she won't hesitate to trash talk you when she's drunk w/ other ERAC employees and sleeping around w/ MT's..PETE! How did she not get fired over that anyway? Hmmm...I wonder???!!!!??? In most recent news...her and Jeff Wedig have something going on...weird that him and his wife just split up too. ;) You'll want to watch that one! I just really hate gossip...don't you? Sorry Cindy...you have it comin to ya! By the way...outside of your little CLICK which is really inappropriate if you ask me...NO ONE LIKES YOU!!!
