Medical reason why SJW face is red?

Does anyone know the medical term explaining why SJW's face gets beat red whenever he gets mad or excited? I know it is a medical condition and he can't help it. He can't be that much of an asshole on his own. There must be some explaination. It is not exima(sp)??? High Blood Pressure?????

Speaking of Weidner, I think he's at an area meeting right now, no doubt shooing his mouth off about all the records we're currently setting and the record number of promotions we've had. ....all right gang we have turned the corner, however, I want all of my managers to know that we have a lot of work to do to increase IPC. Sooooooo, from this day forward I am going to write anyone up who is not at $1,300 per car profit. And Oh by the way, if your pack isn'nt at $180 we will start pulling commission asap. Also, We need to make sure that we have coverage on Saturdays. Mind you since 1998 I have NEVER worked a Saturday. Ever. You tool bags will. Let's rock the deal man.

....We need more female manager's. Anyone in this room who is female and has REAL big Kenip Canacks use them to sell yourself. There is nothing wrong with showing what you have to sell. I used to tell my people that when I was in ol 57. Let start recruiting at Hooters ASAP deal man.

Now that sounds about right! How many of these things did you have to go through? Although you left out the parts where he gives his stories from Pennsylvania and how he was the greatest manager of all time. Oh, and the parts about how he tells us to sell sell sell as hard as it takes in one breath, and then tells us about our values in the next breath. Thoroughly confused there!
